A friend gave me a CD of Christmas and winter songs she put together - almost 10 hours worth of every type of Christmas song I can think of, plus a few others. Strangely missing are "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer" and "Snowbird". Some of the more popular ones have five versions on it. And there are some songs I think are truly annoying.
While I was mentally deciding which ones I needed to eliminate from my potential Christmas playlist, a version of "The Twelve Days of Christmas" came on that I fell in love with immediately -
What can I say, I find "a fire breathing dragon of my own" very appealing. I'm so silly.
